The troublesome case of the EU servers

Why do the EU matches keep crashing? Half to three quarters of my games I get disconnected and it is the same for many other people I know. This makes it very difficult for EU players, as you either disconnect or you play on the U.S servers (which don't crash) but it takes longer to open chests and you have to be much closer to hit.
Most of the people I talk to get either a java message or get teleported back to the hub. This is a serious problem and if you play EU you often see players disconnecting from all sides. Please can this issue be addressed as it makes definatley doesn't make MCSG fun and often deters people from playing. So can we find out what this problem is, why its happening and how it can be fixed?

I agree. Well said. I see devs in the US hub and no one fixes the EU servers. I am very grateful for what the staff do but I think that EU has been shown neglect when the number of players are around the same. Please can the devs look into this because it is affecting my game play and everyone else's love for MCSG.

Yup, I agree. I also thought it was my internet, but then I saw this It has been going for pas few days already.

Yes, this needs to be fixed. Today I played 2 games, one I won because half the people got kicked (including the last person alive), and one I lost because I was tp'd back to the place I was 20 seconds ago in a chase. Plus, there were occasional laggspikes during the game, with people not moving at all. On top of that you can't join half of the lobbies...

Please, devs?
EDIT: Then the next game the server disconnected me.
