The Servers don't work for me, it says "Unknown Host Name"

This result is happening to me as well. Servers may have unproper dns settings with the minecraft clients. You could try using tekkit or another client and see if it works. I'm not sure if it will though.

Restart Minecraft.
If that doesn't work, call the ambulance after you have smashed your head into a wall with frustration.
