The new voting system

Ahh I see a simple solution to a simple problem. /hub and join another server.

There is no system in place that would make the smaller percentage maps get picked over the larger ones. A map is picked based on the percentages, so the higher voted maps should get picked more often. It is possible you are just getting unlucky.
