Also the busiest highways in Canada go through Toronto and it is a very easy place to get to unlike the cost of airlines to Australia.

That's only for American and Canadian players. Anybody that lives outside of America/Canada would have to pay airlines to Canada aswell.

Well any of the two major Canadian cities: Toronto or Montreal.
In Toronto, it can be held in the Rogers Centre, in Montreal it can be held in either the Bell Centre or the Palais de Congres (convention centre) though parking may be a bit of a problem. I didn't include Vancouver because it's relatively far of a drive from everywhere else, and also when flying in there it can be quite costly.
