At the beginning of a sentence, deciding whether to start someone's name with a capital letter if their IGN does not.

I hate it when people call me Billyguy1 in game. I didn't capitalize the b for a reason.

It just looks a bit more formal to put a capital in front of somebody's IGN, I consider it a name.

So if you're IGN was: ilikemjm69

I would type it like: Ilikemjm69

I don't care if you like the front letter capitalized or not, if I'm talking to ya, your name is GONNA be capped.

My name is weird, because it has 3 words all non capitalised!

Normal: simo_the_limo
Caps: Simo_the_limo That doesn't look right, so then I would make all of the word's caps.
All Caps: Simo_The_Limo That doesn't look right either, so I decided to stay with simo_the_limo. xD
I would capitalise, depending on what the name is!
