The Correct Settings and Plugins for Survival Games 1?

I'm going to put tie first Survival Games map in my server and I was wondering what the correct settings and plugins necessary was. Such as: What permission should players get? What group should they be in? Server settings? What I should do to set it up just like the OFFICIAL Survival Games that CaptainSparklez, Antvenom, and popular people played.

Please give a detailed list.
