The "/Bounty" Command Not Working

Hello! I'm wondering why the /bounty command is not functioning properly. Our clan and surely the rest of the MCGamer community would like the /bounty command back. Thanks.

They delated it, same for /scramble and /unscramble.
These two things were very helpful, but if they decided to delete them, there is a reason.

My best guess is that they deleted /Bounty because of targeting; if you don't think /bounty caused any targeting at all, Zietra is the perfect living example to substantiate this.

As far as /scramble goes, not sure why they deleted it.
