There is no way to compare any other speech to this one:

I watched it, and my balls dropped. Twice. Thing is, the speech was made in a film and not in person, but it still stands as one damn good motivational speech.

This isn't exactly a "motivational" speech as in "get up and go do something", but more of a thinking, sort of 'changing your ways' type of motivation.
