The 3 hits hack

Hi now on the server joined in and i played 2 games in both of them were at lest 2 hackers that killed on spawn with nathing a lot of people in 2-3 hits and with armor the same thing is really frustrating we are playing and we are looking in a chest than we die and we go look thinking "oh that guy shoud have a stone sword" and no he has oly his fist... can u help ?
