Mods will sometimes kick a player if they believe they have sufficient evidence to ban them. They can't, however, kick people just for killing them. If you believe they were abusing their powers, report them to a member of Sr. Staff.

Ah, all right. If you were actually targeting him/her for several games in a row, THEN that would be reasonable. However, I don't know the full story of what happened so if you feel that you were kicked unfairly, then I would recommend you take this up with a Sr. Staff in a PM or on Teamspeak rather than making a thread.

I asked another mod if targeting is against the rules, and they told me no. So, I shouldn't have been kicked. The mod was obviously abusing their power and shouldn't be a mod.

Then report them to a Sr. Staff member. They will help you figure out what was going on.
