Texture Pack - Help !

Hi guys. I need some help. How do I move one target from a texture pack to another texture pack? I remain grateful.

i thunk he means crosshair

In that case I'm pretty sure its located under assets\minecraft\textures\gui\icons.png not sure, they may have changed it since I checked last.
