Happy Birthday Team Elite!!!
Hey Tributes
Today marks the third anniversary of our beloved Team Elite. We’ve been working for MCGamer for three years now - that’s quite an accomplishment if you imagine that three years and three months ago, MCSG was just starting out. So, you could say that we have been here for quite a while now, and we’re planning on staying until the end.
The team was formed on July 11th, 2012 by Joshkey, Teije and xBayani. Soon after, xBayani left the management team and Dave was promoted from Server OP to Leader. Teije left shortly after that and Kezzer was brought on as his replacement. Joshkey then ended up leaving the leadership team and for a while it was only Dave and Kezzer who lead the team. But Kezzer ended up leaving in February and Dave was the one left to carry the team on his shoulders. A few days ago, Dave ended up promoting Deni to the Sr. Management position to help him distribute the workload onto someone else. Currently as we speak, Dave is the Owner of Team Elite running it alongside Deni who is Managing Director.
Being one of the three official build teams has been nothing but a privilege to us, and being one of the most well known build teams in this community has been an even bigger privilege. As part of our third year anniversary, Chad will be hosting a live-stream in commemoration of our work at MCGamer. During the live stream, we will be releasing our new map, Winterhaven, to the public and playing on it for the first time.
During our time here at MCGamer we’ve built 8 Survival Games maps that have been released throughout the three years that we’ve been building: Kharmunrah, Lost Ridge, Fallen Empire, Lobby Games, Catching Fire, Dracarys, Mockingjay, and our newest addition, Winterhaven. In addition to these maps, we have also built 3 SG lobbies and 5 Hubs with the help of Red Forest and Team Invictus.

Ben - Thank you for leading so so many projects Ben, thank you for helping out when we needed you and always always being here, we luv you as well <3

Dave - Too many things to say about you, so let’s just say thank you for leading Team Elite and making it what it is today.
