This is weird, I somehow had a tamed wolf as a spectator. I joined the server and there were 14 tributes left. I noticed there was a tamed wolf around the cornucopia even though there wasn't anyone around. I teleported to a tribute and it followed me. It was my wolf. Maybe it was from a previous game?
I know the picture doesn't really prove it's my wolf, but it was the best I could do to show that there wasn't any tribute around who it could belong to.
