Sword of Magicy Magic

I have found the room for it on map 1 but where is the golden record to unlock it?

The golden record used to spawn in the underwater jump puzzle. But all chests have random items even the magic sword chest. So it's pointless.

It's near the fall down trap ruins, but off in the sea. It's surrounded by obsidian you can't can't miss it. I've done it several times, and it's always random. I knew it was a gold record because I explored the map in single player.
