Survival Server Stealing Money

Okay so I was on the survival server building a grinder with my friends ImanMC and Soccerstar11 and SirgrimzZz. and I buy a spawner, 3 hours later we are done and doing final tests and i put it in the chest, like 3-4 minutes later it restarts, and after the restart we go to get the spawner to finish the grinder, (Its zombie btw) but it's gone! The admins ignored me and players were telling me that they have lost spawners too from the restarts, but LITERALLY the only thing I lost was the spawner...wtf? They were saying that they wont give it back so I got into some fights and got a 3 day temp-ban for abuse. I understand that but I dont understand why they cant just spawn one in for me or give my money back like WHAT KIND OF SERVER DOES THAT!!!! I am furious, they refuse to give my stuff back after A BUG THATS THEIR FAULT! And everyone else! Why don't they get their stuff back!?!? I spent like 4 days farming for that and the moment of truth......its gone! Like wtf... what this thread is for is that

1. I want to know why I cant have it back
2.What is keeping them from giving it back
3.What causes this to happen!?!?

Thanks for listening to my angry rant, I am just furious that I get raided...then when we build a new base and grinder to get our money and stuff back...IT MAGICALLY DISSAPEARS! :O

I lost a creeper spawner, and a god sword to restarts... don't feel so bad...
It's only a game.
1. They will not give stuff to us unles you have "evidence" that u bought one... like you were recording and the restart happened.
2. What's keeping them from giving it back to you is that if they gave everyone a spawner that claimed they lost one to a restart then they would be giving out spawners 24/7
3. Server resets without a warning cause this to happen.

Then again take my answers with a grain of salt... I am not staff but maybe one day a staff will respond...

I'm just kinda upset about it all and I'm happy you know what I feel, but who records what they do 24/7 anyways? I have a
Recording software but if I was to record what I did all the time, my computer would lag like hell and I wouldn't be able to play
I usually record only when I see hackers or when I am doing something epic, thanks for the answers though, I just wish an admin or mod could just give one to me in private or something, but that's how life works right? Oh well If this keeps up I might have to go on a different server but I don't want to This one is just so good! I'm just going on now so I'm just gonna stop now, oh well

The admins could not possibly possess the time and effort needed to give every player everything back.

My advice: don't play on Survival until it's COMPLETELY finished.

All factions servers tend to restart, so it's not like MCG is just trying to scam you or anything.

Ya I didn't really expect you to record 24/7.... it is just advice that was given to me by MCSG staff over the last year and a half....
I've been unjustly banned numerous times and instead of being innocent until proven guilty I get the impression I am guilty until I prove my self innocent sometimes.
At the end of the day, and as difficult as it may be just try to let it go... After all it is just a video game...
If you want I'll help you earn some funds with my massive sugarcane/pumpkin farm.. just msg me ingame

I explained this to you in detail and told you why but all I got in return was you and your whole faction abusing me and in the end me getting a 5 day ban
