I have been noticing the lag on the survival server along with everyone else.
The reason for the lag is because when you attack one zombie, surrounding zombies will track you. and if those other 10 zombies or so are in the other caves and they are tracking you and cant get to you they will keep sending a code to the server trying to retrack to where you are and that will cause lag. so all im asking is setting something up that it kills all mobs ever like 2 hours or so or give someone the power to do a "/butcher all" command. I promise it should help with the lag and there would be any hassle of trying to restart the server ever 2 hours. Thanks for your time if you read all of this.
