guys whenever i join im always a spectator how do i become a participant

If you go to this website look for a server that says its in the lobby then try to join that one since server that are currently in-game only allow you to spectate.

You should only be trying to join servers which are in the lobby and not In Game.

Wait untill the game ends, the server will restart. Type in the ip of the server in direct connect. Click cancel, spam refresh untill "can't reach server" changes into "communication error". Hit direct connect and then join server.
