[Suggestion] Shorter lobby time

I made this post because I feel that the wait times before a game are too long...

The lobbys are so full you can only get on when a server just restarts, meaning you have to wait a whole 4 minutes which is more than enough, I think 2 minutes would be fine.

This has been suggestion a many of times. But a couple of the reasons why are:

- Many people like to do things in that time Eg. Grab something to eat/drink, or go to the toilet.

- A nice amount of time to actually vote is quite good for skipping map suggestions and whatever.

- People like to come and go, so if you were to enter a lobby then had to leave for a certain reason after like 1 and a half minutes then there wouldn't be much time for other people to actually join. Or being kicked by a donator and wanting to join again might be a problem if having it short.

I can't think of any more reasons because I am really, really tired but if those points don't make any sense just point out to me why.
