[TL;DR at bottom, but please read]
Ok, so recently, I joined a clan with a friend that was prepared to grant me the clan war organiser rank. Well, clan wars are my favourite thing about being in a clan, so great right? Sort of. Recently, it has been infuriatingly hard and time-consuming to organise a clan war that could be started within the next, say, 30 mins. I thought that there must be a way around looking for clan leaders in the hub and trying to ask clan leaders on DND on Skype for clan wars, so I came up with this idea.

On to the idea itself:
Now, my idea is that for each region (EU, US etc.), there could be someone hosting a Skype chat which has all the clan battle organisers in that region. This would make organising clan wars much easier, as all you need to do is go into the chat, say "CW anyone?" And wait for a reply, which shouldn't take too long, unless you are trying to get one at 3am...

How this can be put into practice:
If all clan battle organisers from EU that want to try this out either add inconceivable81 on Skype, orut their Skype below (or PM me for whatever reason) then I can create this group. Now, obviously, this will require disbanded clans to leave as I can't keep track of all of them, and the chat needs to be kept on topic to avoid massive spam, which would make people do /alertsoff, which would kind of defeat the point, and people can help me by adding the newer CWOs themselves. Also, I am not planning on hosting on of these for any regions other than EU, so someone else can organise that.
TL;DR - lolnope. It's not that long :p

Just post on their thread and wait for a response. And you can put the skype group together yourself if you really want one!
