Hello, I have been experiencing like a Disconnect, And if that happens..
You cant get on again, Because you get disconected, or minecraft crashes or anything like that.
Mayby You should make like a login lock,
That other players only can connect in the disconeccted user, If they are disconected for more than 30 sec.
Would be much more fair, Since its hard to get in the server because its so Busy Played!
Since its Awesome!, But this can make it even beter i think.
