It is also nice if you try to find the server with the less lag for you. The different numbers are in different locations, so one server can be extremely horribly laggy, while another can run as smooth as singleplayer. And if singleplayer doesn't run smoothly, then you're out of luck. (or maybe magiclauncher+optifine)

If you are struggling to play ask yourself:
1. Is my internet good enough ? (http://www.speedtest.net/)
2. Can I play well on other servers ?
3. Have I ghosted ingame ? (try /ghostfix )
4. Do I have to many other programs open ? (try closing other programs)

They let everyone play, plus the lag might be cuz of ur internet, it probably sucks really bad that you lag, connect to the servers that are close to where you live, there's AU, US and EU, so if you live closer to AU, you join AU servers but if US, you join US servers and EU, you join EU servers. And MCSG is fair, and fairer than you think they are, they're working hard on making these things, and they need money to host the servers. It's a pain for the programmers, they work hard too on these stuff. Chad has to plan and making more stuff, Vareide has to make more maps and he's also busy since he has to manage MCTIMV, Clank has to program and edit codes. YOu should appreciate them, and you should thank them that you can at least join the servers. Lag isn't much of a problem, even I get lag MOST of the times.

Respect them, and the reason you can't hit people and open chests, is probably cuz ur doing it wrong too.

I am doing it right but sonetines it just messes up and I am gratefully for what there doing because it's fun but it would be more fun without lag
