Stuck underground in deathmatch :(

So I was just playing Survival Games 3, killing everyone with diamond sword and full iron armour. Then deathmatch starts and me and some other player get stuck inside of a piston block underground. We can't move and both get killed by lightning and a guy in leather armour and wood sword wins

Glitch??
