Stuck in the Void, Can't get out

So I was playing on the survival server, and I traveling really far out, and all of a sudden, the chunks stop loading and since I was in a boat traveling at a fast speed, I couldn't stop, and fell into the void. Im pretty sure this isn't server lag as I can chat with people in chat, I have tried doing /spawn, /home, and /f home. The only available tp commands with no luck. I need help on this, I've tried re-installing, and restarting minecraft as well. Im in the void, falling and falling as you read this. Please. I'm getting really annoyed with this situation. Halp?
