Stuck in map 1

Hey there, i was playing in map 1 of the survival games. I entered the puzzle room with the 4 digit-code, near the corn. You can find 2 large chests there. Anyways, when i entered, I didn't even have to solve the puzzle, though the chests weren't looted. Then i went to the exit (behind the second chest) The pistons didn't work. I was stuck there till deathmatch. Can someone take a look at this please? It's quite frustrating when youre stuck in a room, which isnt supposed to be a trap.
