Still banned on accident

A couple days ago I was suppose to be unbanned. My character was unbanned but sadly they forgot to unban my IP since it was an auto-ban by the server. Please, I was suppose to be unbanned quite a while ago and I have been waiting days now. I really want to play on the server again.
