Still A New Member?

Hey, On the forums page, my rank is still "New Member", But For i am a gold donor.
I have been a gold donor for at least two weeks now and still know as a new member.
Can I please have some help with having my rank changed on the forum page.

Same with me, I'm a gold donor, but it says "Active Member". I don't see the problem with it though, who cares, it doesn't effect your in game rank so it's not that big of a deal.

As Yin said, I think you should e-mail [email protected]. Although it doesn't really matter in the scheme of things it would still bother me that my rank had not been updated.
