Staff Abusing Power

I got banned for sexual messages for three days on my first offense, I would like to ask that the MCGamer staff stops banning people on first offenses, i've seen people 3 day banned for spamming. This is pathetic, unless its something really serious please stop abusing your powers. Now I know staff is going to reply to this being overly defensive but i don't care. I just ask that staff follows the rules with bans. Thank you.
