Sprinting Glitch

I've noticed that a bunch of people look like they're sprinting before the start of the games, but they're standing still. And just today, I was accused of hacking because of this. Is this a lag problem, or just some weird glitch? And can it be fixed?

Its a bug nothing to worry about.

yh its because you can try and start sprinting while you are stuck on the start position so therefore you are still sprinting but keep getting teleported back instantly server side
