Spooky Boat Glitch

Okay, so I don't know if it was supposed to happen, but yesterday, while in a water battle, I got my boat out and tried getting away. Unfortunately I was shot and I died, however, I was still in the boat. After I died, I just started exploring the map, on my boat. It wasn't until I saw two people fighting that I came to them. One of them broke my boat, therefore I found the Spooky Boat Glitch... Has anybody else known about this or am I the first one?

I've never heard of anything like that, but a similar thing happened a long while back with deathmatch. Basically, if deathmatch started and you were in a boat, you wouldn't get teleported to the arena. Also, you wouldn't die because there was no lightning at the time.

I've done this before.

Just get in a boat, and do /seppuku - and scare people!
