Spiders and Endermen Chasing Spectators

I've notice that while spectating, looking at an enderman, or getting close to spiders, will cause them to chase you. I do not know if players can see this happening, but it could negatively effect gameplay if it does.

We actually took advantage of this and all of the spectators pushed a creeper up a tree to an afk guy.

Slimes also follow you.
