Slow FPS... please help

Hey guys,

I have a Toshiba the runs windows 7 here are the specs.

Processor: Intle core 2 duo cpu t6570 2.10 GHz
Ram: 4 GB (3.87 GB usable)
64-bit operating system
mobile intel 4 series express chipset family

I run the game a short distance, fast, and all that jazz and i still only get 20 FPS
I think i need a new graphics card but idk what to get for my laptop.
Could you guys tell me what I should get and if there are any other problems you see.

You Cant really upgrade a laptop graphics card with out Spending a lot of money on mobile processing, Not worth the Money, and also your laptop may not even support a external graphics card for laptops, You need to research A LOT of A LOT to get what you want really. Personally I would recommend Buying a desktop/ building your own. Its Gonna Cost ya but boy do they run fast, and nice and smooth.

Try using optifine. It usually increases by 30
