Skype IP Resolving Solution

Want to hide your IP from people that have your skype username?
If so, this is how you can hide your IP from online skype resolvers or even GUI skype resolvers.

Go to skype, go to the top menu bar and click on Tools > Options

Then click on Advancded > then Connection.

Then make sure you have the exact settings that I have on for my skype's connection.

*Important* After you have applied these settings, skype must be restarted from your computer in order for these settings to take effect. Also because some of you may have not done this before you made your skype, your last IP that you had will most likely be resolvable. You must login to skype from a different source such as your school WiFi in order for your home IP to distinguish and your school's IP will come up if it's resolved. Don't worry, most ddoser's look at the IP on a website to see if it's a VPN and once they find out it's a school IP they are most likely aren't going to hit it off.
