It is on islands in the sky.

I can make This map Ready for 24 Tributes... Please comment!

Looks cool but you probably do need to make it for 24 tributes, because Chad said that maps can be for 24, 48 and/or 120. Also from the looks it seems that games will probably be faster than on Breeze Island due to the number of "<playername> fell out of the world." deaths
