Site spammers?

Lately I have seen some people making random posts like : ugg boots , nike shoes and a whole lot more of that nonsence . Is this the same guy making accounts to spam us? Or is it a group of spammers. Either way from the second I push 'what's new' I see these people with their weird posts..
