Signature issue, maybe?

All the signatures I see have scroll bars, even mine. Is there a way to disable this? Is this a bug, or is it to stop people from having signatures over a few lines long?

The signature scroll bars is not a bug, it was implemented to prevent people from making long signatures and taking up a large portion of the page and there is no way to disable it.
