Should the minimum age for a Moderator Application be lowered?

I am 12 years old and I have been hoping to be a Moderator for ages. Then when V2 of MCSG came out they also included Moderator Applications. I had a look at the requirements and the say that the minimum age is 15 for maturity reasons. I have created a poll to see who also wants this changed.

The age will not be lowered. If anything it will be raised.

No, we are not lowering the age limit, end of.

This has already been discussed at length in many different threads, but the thing is, the age has already been lowered: it used to be 18 back in last June.
