The servers right now are super duper laggy. I can hardly hit them because of it.

He's playing AU. It's stuffed itself with rubber banding every 30 seconds.

Yes, AU is as laggy as if it's being ravaged by pterodactyls. We are in the process of changing data centres, which will fix the problem, but it is going to cost a lot of money, so we have to do all the appropriate testing etc to be sure the servers will be good before switching hosts.
