Server error Interent exception

Hi i am new to the minecraft world. So i have been watching captain sparklez and joey graceffa so i am intersted in playing the game. So i signed up and everything and i tried putting in servers but it kept coming up with Connection Lost Internal exception: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read Timed. I tried mutliple times but all failed. I have internet and i am using the united states servers. Can anyone help? thanks

Good to see a new guy out there . As for your issue, MCSG cannot really help. WE can guide you through the steps but we cannot fix it directly because this is a client side issue.
