Server/Clientside Lag...

I have been getting a lot of Server Side lag since the 1.4 update. Before 1.4 I never had any lag on any server unless there were atleast 4 people on my wifi skyping or doing smth intensive. (downloading)

I got around 60fps in 1.3 and get around 25 (which isnt bad) but sudden lag spikes. I just got completely humiliated by a guy with only iron sword/pants wilst I had stone sword Full iron. Lagged so badly to get more than 2 hits -.- Plz stop this lag because many other players are lagging ALOT due to 1.4 so if we could do something about it? If its not possible then I may just have to stop MC for a while...

They're working on it. Just wait, and it will be fixed.

I had the same problem on 1.3, but the lag has gotten better for me in 1.4. But there still are those moments when I get massive lag spikes (most ironically when it matters most...). So I hope it gets done soon too :/
