Add some more mountains or hills, and give it some pop. It looks bland without any color to it!

I would suggest starting over. Not because its bad but because its bad but because you did it wrong. You need to terraform first or don't expect your map to be accepted. Then build your things, they looked good but teraforming after building isn't a good idea.
