Recently I have seen a recent occurrence arise over Social Media, the idea that Sandra Bland was murdered in the hands of the law enforcement, over a minor traffic offence that escalated.
For those of you that don't know what happened to Sandra Bland. Bland was pulled from her car for a minor traffic violation on July the 10th. The situation 'escalated' with various recordings ranging from audio to visual, it was alleged that she had assaulted the officer; Brian Enchinia (Not sure if that's how you spell his name..). In a few days time Sandra Bland was found dead in her jail cell, after an alleged suicide. By then there had been an uproar over Social Media saying that she was murdered, a mug shot appeared, multiple people say that she was already dead following the mugshot.
Sandra did not have a medical history of depression or suicidal tendencies, in fact if she was indeed 'suicidal'; shouldn't she have been on 24/7 surveillance in her cell. Since then, and an uprising over Social Media, and even Anonymous; the hacktivists. Jumping onto the story, it doesn't seem to be cooling down, and it certainly doesn't help the ongoing 'mistreatment' of African-American citizens in the hands of Law enforcement.
So what are your thoughts? Was she murdered?
