Rule for skins

i read the rules, there is nothing addressing skins, so why is it ok that a mod can kick me for a rule that does not exist?

If you have an inappropriate skin that would be considered to be "Over Pg-13," we have the right to kick you.

can there atleast be a section in the rules or a mention to it, and im not trying to be a prick, but pg-13 now adays is not the same as 10 years ago

No nudity is really the point. As long as it isn't sexually suggestive, sexist, or racist (Like a Hitler skin >>), we don't care




And really, I don't think that needs to be in the rules, because it's sort of common sense. Should it be? Probably, but if someone does it, they should expect repercussions.
