Restarting Notifications Request? Admin/Owners MUST READ!!!!

Hello I love these servers and i wanted to ask a mod/admin or the Owner, if he can put on the server list when it is restarting because i don't have perks and i like to wait till its open with no one and i can join, but now when its restarting i can't join. And im really sad, and i can't join these awesome servers.

This "too many people logging in" feature is from NCP which will be gone soon so that problem should be gone shortly.
Happy to help anytime! And dont ask a mod or admin to white list a server.
