Resource Pack Help

Hey guys! I need some help with my resource pack, and I hope someone can help me out here.
Can somebody edit this icon.png to make the connection bars orange? The default is green, but I want to make it orange. I'll attach the icon.png file.

Another thing is can someone make me a custom bow? I want a white one with the pull back colors. Don't make it just white though! Spice it up a little bit and make it look cool!
