I was wondering if there is a way I can request a temp ban. It would be awesome if someone banned me for 3-4 weeks. I'm trying to not play MCSG, but I end up playing it and then raging...

Don't have someone force you to stay off it. The best way to take a break, is by fighting over the urge of playing. You would feel so much better this way. Plus, it could affect a potential mod app in the future.
