Reporting Suggestion?

So i think that the report system shouldnt be held to only people in the lobby because hackers leave lobbies and if you werent recording or werent ready to type fast enough they get off scott free so i think you should be able to report someone no matter where they are online or not but that's just my opinion

Good idea cuz sometimes I'm checking all the lobbies to re-find a hacker if they were in my game.
