K i am trying to report someone of some hacking.... but youtube is very difficult too upload on for me... any other suggestions of good fast video sharing sites??? Plz help!!

Your upload speed won't change with the site you use. You could try clipping it down so it's shorter or using a smaller file type

Rendering a file will decrease its size and increase its upload speed.
