Approximately how many tributes and spectators: It was a full house.
So, at coordinates -1693,-578 (underground, at about y:61), there is a chamber hidden by a button puzzle. In addition to the fact that the puzzle itself is broken (you can walk right in without having to try and complete it), the pistons which provide the secret exit are also broken, making it impossible to escape. Since this is a legitimate puzzle with chests and all, it would be nice to have it actually working.
