So i purchased another reset token from the buycraft shop because apparently it takes more than a month for someone from the support team to solve a mistake and i simply don't have the patience for that. So yeah i purchase the item and read everything. Been wait in g about 30 min now when it says it takes a maximum of 5 min for me to receive it. I relogged MULTIPLE times and nothing. WTH is going on? Is thius normal on this server or something?

Exactly as Mirkoz said, use the /upgrade 1 command, then if that doesn't work contact [email protected] it usually only takes 48 hours for them to respond.
