Hi,
So recently, I switched from using an old laptop to a slightly newer HP All-In-One touchscreen computer, and I installed Razer Synapse 2.0 on my new computer. I had some issues installing, but eventually it all worked out.
Now, a new issue has risen. Whenever I open up razer to switch profiles, whether it be using the hotkey on my beloved Naga 2014 or right clicking on the icon and switching it (http://prntscr.com/45msdr), or even opening the window itself and switching from the dropdown menu...
My sound stops working. TeamSpeak stops for a few seconds, but starts up soon after. However, other things like video games (League, Minecraft) need to be restarted completely in order to resume the sound.

??
Has anyone else encountered this issue? Unplugging and re-plugging my headset doesn't work, and even Spotify needs to be completely closed and reopened.

:/ I own Razer Synapse and this never happened, I also have a razer naga, along with a Razer Anasi.
Have you tried making sure whether it's Razer Synapse causing the problem, or your PC? If it's R.S, try just making a whole new profile.

Option 1:
Go to start ->control panel -> Sound and Hardware-> Listing Devices -> enable and disable your Sound.
Option 2:
If that doesn't work, try going to your Teamspeak profile using -> Settings-> Profiles -> a window will pop up, in the bottom left corner there should be something that says "More" click that, if it's not there then you don't end to do anything, then look for Something called "Playback Device" make sure you have the right one set.

Hopefully this help if not I can help you but I would need to see the issue better, also sorry for not immediately replying to your thread :F

Option 1, I might try it next time. Thanks!
As for Option Two, TeamSpeak is one of the only programs that works normally after I switch profiles, although for two or three seconds the sound shuts off, but it quickly changes back to normal.

I just went and tried Option One, and for some reason my sound didn't shut off when switching to various profiles after I simply opened Control Panel>Audio devices. Odd. o_O For now, it seems like it's working, but I'll have to play with it some more later on, to make sure it's working completely fine.

Well as you proved yourself… it is an oddly specific question that I doubt anyone who doesn't use the program would know the answer to. Mooclan I can't help sorry, I use Mac ;-; have you tried re installing the application? Try using a different headset, maybe that might fix it. Honestly I have no clue

As said above the question is very specific. I wouldn't really know but I'd imagine not many people will have experiences with this particular issue. I was thinking this may be a question better posed to Razer customer support (http://www.razersupport.com/) if you cannot get the answer here. :)

Ah, I forgot to mention this in the thread, but I copied and pasted a large part of the OP from my message to Razer Support. Sadly, there was a 500 character limit for my message on there ;c so I explained slightly farther in this thread, but it's mostly the same idea.

Hm. I'm sad to say I cannot help you; I use the corsair software as I have a corsair M95 mouse. I guess I'll leave this thread open incase anyone has a helpful suggestion to add in.

Yup; I was about to stream earlier today, so I switched from my League Razer profile to my Minecraft one (I re-arranged the buttons, no macros don't worry :p) and then Spotify stopped for a few seconds then resumed playing, but I had to restart Minecraft compeletely because all game sounds had stopped.
So, sadly it looks like this is still an issue.
